The 23rd Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition & Conference “Bakutel-2017” launched on December 5, thus the “High Technology Week” started.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva got acquainted with Bakutel-2017 at Baku Expo Center on Dec. 6.

192 companies from 20 countries participated in this year’s exhibition. Among parties represented during the exhibition were leading ICT companies, mobile and telecommunication operators, internet service providers, system integrators and distributors of well-known brands. The United States, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, China, Finland, France, Sweden, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Turkey and other countries were also represented at the exhibition.

Acer computers assembled by Htech Invest, a resident of Mingachevir High Technology Park, were also presented to the exhibitors and guests. Htech Invest is involved in assembling computer equipment under Acer brand in Azerbaijan. The list of produced devices includes not only traditional PCs but also nettops (Mini PC) and Monoblock PCs comparable to foreign products in terms of quality and functionality.
