1. Responsibilities
• Conduct negotiations on contract terms and conditions
• Prepare amendments and addenda to contracts
• Monitor the execution of contracts in line with agreed terms
• Analyze issues arising during contract execution and take appropriate actions
• Regularly review and update the electronic contract registry system
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of contracts with relevant structural departments
• Monitor contract deadlines, obligations, and changes, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain correspondence with partners, contractors, and clients regarding contract terms
• Prepare statistical and reporting data related to contracts
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding contracts and ensure proper coordination between departments
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports related to contract management

3. Specific Requirements

• Azerbaijani – fluent; English – good level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
