The standard warranty varies depending on the vendor and equipment type, typically ranges from 1 to 3 years. This warranty period begins from the date of purchase or activation of the equipment.

The extended warranty extends the manufacturer’s warranty for at least 5 years through warranty packs or contractual services, in accordance with the vendor’s internal warranty policy.

This service allows customers to reduce costs, save time and effort, and avoid unexpected maintenance and repair expenses.

Depending on the purchased warranty pack, the repair process for equipment may start within 4 hours, on the next working day, or be completed within 6 hours.

HPE Packaged Support Services

It enables customers to select the appropriate service level, length of coverage, and response time when purchasing a new server, ensuring full entitlement for the chosen term. The service is available only during the validity period of technical support (both the manufacturer warranty and the support package) for purchased HPE equipment and is valid for either 1 or 2 years. Each Post-Warranty package with a 1-year validity can be extended for additional years. We also offer a service package for enterprise equipment and HPE software installation by qualified engineers, scheduled at a time that is convenient for the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all data is backed up before any work takes place. We are not responsible for any data loss. If you are unable to make a backup of your files, we can do it for you. Please inform us if such a need arises. An additional charge will apply for this service.

If the customer is unable to pick-up their equipment from the service center within 5 working days after receiving notification, a penalty of 5 (five) AZN will be charged for each additional day the device remains in our storage.

If the storage period reaches90 (ninety) days and the customer has not picked up his equipment from the service center, the service center will send a final notification to the email address provided by the customer. If there is no response within 3 working days, the service center is not responsible for storing the equipment beyond this period.

Once the defective part is replaced, it is returned to the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. However, this rule does not apply to hard drives (HDDs) covered by the Care Pack/Defective Media Retention warranty package. If your device is covered by this warranty, the defective part will be provided to you along with the replacement HDD.

All defective parts replaced on the device with an expired warranty become your property as you are being charged for new ones. In exceptional cases, the manufacturer provides two different pricing options for the repair, depending on whether the spare part is included or returned. The customer can select the option that best suits their needs.

We notify the customers about the repair status via call, email, or SMS. Additionally, customers can check for updates using “Check your ticket” service available on our website.

Additionally, you may need to provide:

Password to access the BIOS, HDD, or OS (depending on the problem)

Warranty receipt (device model, serial number, date of purchase, and stamp)


In some cases, additional problems may become visible after repairing the core issue. Any additional defects detected during the repair process will be fixed under warranty terms for devices with active warranties. Any extra cost will be agreed upon for non-warranty devices before continuing the repair process.

All original parts replaced in our service center come with a 90-days limited warranty. During this period, any failed component will be replaced free of charge.

All repaired electronic parts come with a limited warranty of 30 days.

Yes, we offer this service for an additional cost.

Yes, anyone with a valid ticket can pick up your device from the service center.

The repair time can take up to 45 days, depending on the spare part’s availability in the vendor's warehouse.

If the device is delivered with a licensed operational system, we can assist with the installation of the OS. The Service Center is not responsible for any other licensed software acquired by the customer.

The warranty of the device will be terminated if the customer uses non-original supplies
