Marketing Specialist (Middle Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the daily activities of the marketing team and coordinate operational processes

• Independently plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels

• Measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and provide optimization recommendations

• Build effective communication with technology vendors and partners, and manage partner programs

• Coordinate collaboration with marketing and travel agencies, ensuring a results-driven approach

• Take a leading role in planning and organizing events, conferences, exhibitions, and product launches

• Coordinate the preparation of corporate promotional materials and ensure quality control

• Actively contribute to the creation of blog posts, articles, landing pages, and email marketing content, ensuring content quality

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, monitor marketing trends, and provide strategic recommendations

• Ensure effective management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and customer databases, supporting data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing

• Experience in the IT or technology sector is considered an advantage

Technical Skills

• Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels

• Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and analysis

• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools (for content creation, analysis, and automation)

• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

Language Skills

• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English

• Russian is a plus
