The Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan needed a centralized, digital solution to streamline the management of legal cases across the country. The existing system was fragmented, leading to delays, inefficiencies, and lack of transparency in legal proceedings. A modern system was required to improve case tracking, document management, and communication between legal entities.
We developed and implemented the AZEMIS (Azerbaijan Electronic Management Information System) platform, a comprehensive case management system designed to digitize and centralize all judicial processes. The system allows for real-time tracking of cases, secure document storage, and improved collaboration between courts, legal professionals, and relevant government bodies.
Fully configurable by court administrators, the software adapts to evolving legislative and business requirements, ensuring long-term efficiency. A key factor in the success of "bProCMS" is its ability to seamlessly cover all judicial instances, making it an indispensable tool for modernizing Azerbaijan’s justice system.
