From October 28 to 30, the Cisco Partner Summit took place in Los Angeles, USA, bringing together over 2,000 representatives from leading IT companies worldwide. At this annual event, Azerbaijan’s Bestcomp Group stood out as the only Cisco partner from the CIS countries to receive an award in the MEA (Middle East and Africa) region.
At the prestigious awards ceremony held at the iconic Grammy Museum, Rauf Hasanov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bestcomp Group, was presented with the award by David Meads, Cisco’s Vice President for the MEA, Turkey, Romania, and CIS (TRC) regions, along with Ossama Eldiyeb, Director of Partner Operations, and Didem Duru, General Manager for the TRS countries. During the award ceremony, it was noted that Bestcomp Group received this recognition for its successful implementation of large-scale projects across the public and private sectors, as demonstrated by Cisco's 2024 financial year results.
As Rauf Hasanov noted, the “Security Partner of the Year 2024” award from Cisco, one of the global IT industry leaders, presented in the United States, is a significant milestone on the eve of the company's 30th anniversary.
R. Hasanov emphasized that only the top partners, representing 2% of Cisco’s total partner network, were invited to the event, with only a select few receiving awards. Among CIS countries, Bestcomp Group was the sole recipient of the “Security Partner of the Year 2024” diploma.
In Azerbaijan, both public and private organizations are undertaking extensive efforts toward digital transformation, and Cisco stands out as one of the leading providers of solutions in this area. With extensive professional expertise in developing IT solutions that meet global standards, Bestcomp Group has, over its 30 years of operation, built a reputation as a reliable and highly effective partner for organizations and institutions of all sizes. Through strategic partnerships with Cisco and other global IT industry leaders, the company plays an active role in driving digital transformation across various economic sectors, delivering advanced, secure, and sustainable IT solutions for organizations in Azerbaijan and beyond.
All of this has undoubtedly been supported by the significant positive developments in the IT sector within our country. In this regard, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all our partners and customers from both public and private organizations who place their trust in us.
