Middle DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Manage Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot issues.

Build and optimize Docker images.

Develop and manage Helm Charts.

Manage deployment processes using GitOps with ArgoCD.

Securely manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault.

Manage monitoring and alerting systems, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.

Support log collection and analysis platforms such as ELK/EFK.

Administer Linux servers and optimize system performance.

Ensure the security of the platforms and infrastructure in use.

Investigate infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Work closely with development teams and implement DevOps best practices.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional experience in DevOps or System Administration.

Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD.

Ability to work with Helm and Kubernetes manifests.

Experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools.

Experience with HashiCorp Vault or other secret management systems.

Experience with MinIO or other S3-compatible object storage platforms.

Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.

Ability to work with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash/Fluentd, Kibana).

Bash scripting skills.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and SSL/TLS.

Experience with Nginx or HAProxy.

Knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Experience with Istio or other service mesh technologies.

Experience with Ansible for automation.

Basic knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Experience with Trivy, SonarQube, or other security tools.
