3. Personnel specifications
Diploma: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Entry-level position; experience from internships or coursework in networking is a plus but not always required
Certifications: While not always mandatory, certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ can be beneficial
Specific areas of expertise:
Basic understanding of networking principles, protocols, and equipment. Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing concepts is desirable
