Assistant to marketing manager

1. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of assets.

• Manage the distribution of marketing materials for internal and external audiences.

• Plan and execute campaigns to promote retail products including discounts, seasonal offers, and new arrivals.

• Develop in-store and digital marketing advertising to drive foot traffic and online sales.

• Create and edit marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content.

• Contribute to the development of website content, blogs, and email marketing copy.

• Schedule and monitor posts on social media platforms.

• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.

• Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.

• Manage logistics and promotional materials for events.

• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and CRM systems.

3. Personnel specifications

Experience:

2+ Years in marketing (experience in IT or tech industry preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Computer skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)

Languages:

Azeri, Russian and English Intermediate
