E-Icra System for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Objectives

The Ministry of Justice required a centralized and transparent system to streamline the management of court decisions and their enforcement. Previously, enforcement processes relied heavily on manual efforts, presenting opportunities for increased efficiency, faster processing times, and enhanced transparency in handling the enforcement of legal judgments.

Our Solution

We introduced the E-Icra (EMİS) System, a comprehensive digital platform for managing the enforcement of court decisions. The system automates the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of enforcement actions, enabling real-time data access and better collaboration between enforcement officers and related parties. This solution integrates with other government systems to ensure seamless data flow and reduce redundancies.
