Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, content planning, and paid advertising campaigns
Oversee social media channels and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms
Monitor and optimize website performance, including user experience (UX), A/B testing, and conversion rates
Plan, execute, and track digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to measure performance and guide decisions
Work closely with internal teams including sales, design, and product to align messaging and goals
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing in IT, or a related field
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Mandatory languages - Azerbaijan, English – fluent, optional - Russian
Nice to Have
Familiarity with design and UX tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Canva)
Certifications from Google, Meta
