Job Responsibilities

Ability to work with stakeholders to correctly understand critical business requirements.

Conduct initial analysis of business needs/requirements, organize and clarify priorities, and review/formulate specifications for changes.

Document and communicate analysis results, including preparation of SRS/FRS, use cases/user stories, preliminary or draft design mockups, etc.

Translate and simplify business requirements into functional requirements to meet stakeholders’ expectations.

Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure proper understanding of specifications.

Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.

Ensure solutions address business needs and requirements.

Engage with senior management to support change implementation, conduct negotiations, and demonstrate persuasive abilities.

Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight reports and the impact of implemented changes.

Conduct meetings and training sessions, analyze data models to draw logical conclusions.

Document system scenarios and identify impacted roles to assist in change management/training plan preparation, working with the training team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, or Finance

Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects

Experience with document management products is a plus

Specialized Expertise:

Business analysis

Supporting UAT and managing related defects

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other Agile tools

Basic SQL knowledge

Balsamiq or other prototyping/wireframing tools

Languages:

Azerbaijani: excellent

Russian and English: good (reading and writing)
