The project ‘Court Pulse – The Management Revolution,’ which brought victory to Azerbaijan, is part of the ‘AZEMİS’ electronic system created by BestСomp Group.
The prize that Azerbaijan received at the Council of Europe competition ‘Crystal scales of justice’ is the highest historical assessment of the reforms carried out in the judicial and legal system of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan fell into the history of the judicial system of Europe, as a country with advanced experience.
The ‘Crystal Scales of Justice’ competition has been held by the Council of Europe since 2005 and within this competition the most advanced and effective projects related to the activities of justice and the judiciary in 47 member states of the Council of Europe are selected and awarded.
The winners of the ‘Crystal Scales of Justice’ contest were announced on October 27 on the eve of the Day of Justice of Europe. The Council of Europe selected and awarded 4 most advanced and effective projects related to the activities of justice and the judiciary.
According to the decision of the session of the jury of the Council of Europe in Paris, the project entitled ‘Court Pulse – The Management Revolution,’ submitted by the Judicial-Legal Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was included in the list of 4 winning projects. The project submitted by Azerbaijan was awarded as the most progressive project in terms of introducing e-government in the judicial system.
The project ‘Court Pulse – The Management Revolution,’ which brought victory to Azerbaijan, is part of the ‘AZEMİS’ electronic system created by BestСomp Group, and the main essence of the project is the introduction of progressive electronic management in the judiciary (intellectual management).
This system makes it possible to prepare various types of electronic analytical reports based on the collected statistical data. Thus, the effectiveness of strategic management and planning in the judicial system is significantly increased, and the possibilities for making decisions on more extended information indicators are created.
